Account setup:

The services provided for under this agreement shall begin on the creation date of your account and will remain in effect as long as your account is active or until service has been terminated.

Payment terms:

Client will be responsible for payment in advance of service provided. Both parties agree to accept electronic mail as legally binding documentation for billing and notification purposes. Accounts may be terminated if bad checks or insufficient credit card funds are not available and or account is not paid. Account may be terminated by McHenry County Resource Guides for any reason as we see fit, without prior notice.
